Russell Davidson, Managing Director

The founding member of the company, Russell has been in the industry from 1983 and specializes in the design and implementation of employee benefits for Corporate clients. Russell will deal with all new client enquiries ensuring the design meets the clients expectations and will assign tasks to the other members of the team to ensure the scheme is implemented smoothly. He will also meet the Directors of the various client companies on a regular quarterly basis throughout the year to make sure we are delivering the best service possible. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance Russell has also various specialized pensions qualifications.

Lorraine Brown, Operations Director

Lorraine has been with the company from 2005 having previously worked for national employee benefit consultancies and is responsible for the administration of all client group insurance and pension schemes. She will liase with the HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Financial teams within the client companies to make sure all employee data is correct, quotations requested, invoices issued, relevant cover arranged with the various insurers and pension providers and dedicated websites maintained. Lorraine leads an administration team of four and will also attend client meetings on a regular basis.

Derek Emley, Consultant (South)

Derek is involved with the implementation stage of client projects for worksite locations within the South and has been with the company since 2006 having previously worked for large insurers. He will visit clients and carry out presentations to the groups of employees at that location. In addition he will conduct one to one meetings with the employees and assist them with the completion of any paperwork required. Crucial to this role is the establishment of relationships at a local level with each client location.

Allison Girdwood, Consultant (Scotland & N Ireland)

Allison is also involved with scheme implementation for client locations in Scotland & Northern Ireland and joined our team in 2007 from an independent advisor. Allison conducts regular quarterly visits to all client worksite locations and helps employees make full use of all the benefits that are available to them.  She also assists in the Compliance function for the company working closely with the Compliance 1st group which has been retained from outset. Allison holds the Financial Planning Certificate.

Isobel Martin, Consultant (North & Midlands)

Isobel is the most recent addition to the team joining in 2008 and has been involved in the industry for over 25 years working for independent advisory groups. Completing the UK wide coverage of the company she is involved with the presentations and regular quarterly visits to the Corporate client locations from Birmingham to Newcastle. Isobel also runs the successful Private Client arm of the business which has been established for past employees of the various corporate clients who want to continue a relationship with us. She currently holds the Financial Planning Certificate and has various additional pensions specialist qualifications.
